A25/A21/Westerham Road Junction

If you have any records of accidents at the A21/A25/Westerham Road Junction could you please let me know and I will respond to KCC following receipt of the message below
"I am emailing in regards to the junction of A25 Westerham Road with Westerham Road and A21 slip road. I am currently in the process of commissioning a safety review with a team of external auditors to look at the effectiveness of the scheme which was implemented in 2020. The auditors have asked if we have any details of unrecorded incidents which they can take into account when they carry out the assessment. I know you emailed Geoff on 23rd September last year about an incident and mentioned that there had been others. I wondered if you may have any details of other incidents which have occurred that I can pass onto the auditors please. Even just an idea of roughly many incidents have occurred would be helpful, unfortunately as you will know these sorts of incidents aren’t always reported and therefore we do not always get to hear about them."
