Chevening Parkland - Urgent Action required

We have just been informed the Chevening Parkland Hearing will resume in the Council Chamber of SDC at 10am on TUESDAY 31ST JANUARY.
If any speakers have any problems with making that date and time could you please let me know asap.
As it is in the Chamber and visitors will need a pass for admittance, if any of you are attending as spectators, please let me know and I can advise SDC so they can have visitors badges ready and hopefully expedite the entry process.
