Chipstead Lane One Way Section

As you may be aware, there is a request from some of the residents of one-way section of Chipstead Lane to reverse the traffic flow up that section of road (i.e. traffic will come from Riverhead Square to Chipstead Common). Although not directly in our Parish I know many of you have concerns about this proposal and therefore I have volunteered to collate responses received BY EMAIL (https://www.cheveningparishcouncil.gov.uk/form-contact_us.html) to send to Cllr Chard. If you have already emailed comments to him following comments you may have made on “Next Door” and Cllr Chard’s response to you please do NOT email me as well, multiple objections from the same person tend to lose their impact
Cllr Chard has told me he will make sure that all comments are fully considered before any decision is made.
