Chipstead Pavilion
Chipstead Pavilion is available for hire. The Pavilion is bookable from 8am to 11pm. Evening bookings must be over by 11pm (for the sake of the neighbours) and a cash deposit of £200 is imposed on one-off bookings after 6pm to deter the teenage party bookings which tend to cause more problems in terms of noise, littering and underage drinking than the revenue from the hire.
