Update on the Chevening Parkland Scheme

This is an update on the Chevening Parkland Scheme from the Managing Agent of the Estate:-

You will have no doubt have noticed that there have been more regular in flow of material onsite over recent weeks and that has enabled the site access road to be built up to a level where it is nearly in a position to be surfaced and used.

Rural Arisings therefore anticipate that they will be completing the Section 278 agreement with KCC Highways in order to create the scheme access opposite Turvins Farm which will enable the accommodation works access to be closed and the formal position adopted.

These works onto Sundridge Road will, unfortunately, cause disruption whilst the works are underway so apologies in advance.
